How do I cancel an event?

If you need to cancel your event for any reason, you can change the event status to Cancelled by clicking on the 'Cancel event' button at the top of the page.

Once you have done this the event satus on your Event Information page will display as cancelled when your invitees try to reply to your invitation.

The event will still appear in 'My Events' so you can continue to access it and email your invitees to notify them of the cancellation if you want to.

Do not click on 'delete event' if your event has been cancelled. You should only delete an event if you no longer require any of the saved data as the event will be removed from 'My Events' and the Reply page will no longer be available.
