How do I integrate with Outlook?
agreeAdate integrates with other systems like Microsoft Outlook in two ways.
Firstly, you can import contacts from your Outlook address book, Excel, CSV or
other file using the import option in step 3.
Secondly, the confirmation emails sent contain a link to the event page which
has links for inserting a new entry in the person's personal calendar if
they
have
Outlook or a compatible system installed. The calendar entry includes
the
start
time and duration plus a link to the event page. Calendar icons are also
available from the event web page against
confirmed dates.
Integrating with Outlook in this way makes it much easier for people to
instantly update their diaries with the confirmed dates.
